Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PharmaBells, a software service provided by Cyberbells ITES Services Pvt Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the pharmacy you represent.

The service

PharmaBells provides billing, inventory, compliance and reporting software for pharmacies, accessed through the web application and mobile apps. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a capability your plan includes without notice.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — medicines, prices, GST rates, licence numbers — and for keeping your logins secure.
• Each staff member should have their own login. Sharing logins defeats the audit trail the software keeps for you.
• You must hold the licences required to sell medicines where you operate. PharmaBells records them; it does not confer them.

Subscription and payment

• Plans are billed yearly in advance through Razorpay, in Indian rupees, plus applicable GST.
• The free trial gives full access to the chosen plan for its stated length. No payment is taken until you subscribe.
• Changing plans mid-term credits the unused portion of the current plan against the new one, as shown before you confirm.
• If a renewal is not paid, the account becomes read-only until it is; your data is retained for 90 days after that.

Your data

Everything you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and you can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attempt access to another pharmacy’s data, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times and back it up daily, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. The software is a tool for your pharmacy; decisions about stock, pricing and compliance remain yours.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings or by writing to us. We may end the agreement for material breach with notice. On termination your data is available for export for 90 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Punjab.
