Batch-wise stock, FEFO by default
Receive stock against a purchase or straight from a supplier bill. Each batch carries its MRP, cost, GST rate and expiry month. When you sell, the nearest-expiry batch goes first so nothing sits until it is worthless.
Never sell expired stock
A daily sweep flags batches expiring within your window and pushes a notification to the owner and manager. The expiry page lists them soonest-first with quantity and value, so returns to the distributor happen while they still can.
Add stock from the distributor's bill
The importer understands the column names Marg, Tally and most distributor portals use, previews every line with its problems highlighted, and refuses to guess an ambiguous expiry rather than get it wrong.
