Privacy policy

PharmaBells is operated by Cyberbells ITES Services Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the PharmaBells website and application, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone and business details (GSTIN, drug licence) you enter to run your pharmacy.
• Business data — medicines, stock, bills, customers, suppliers and staff records you create in the application. This is your data; we process it only to provide the service.
• Usage and device data — sign-in times, IP address, browser and device, so we can secure accounts and fix problems.
• Payment details — handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details; we receive only a confirmation and reference.

How we use it

• To run the service: billing, stock, reports, notifications and support.
• To secure it: detecting unusual sign-ins, revoking sessions, rate limiting.
• To bill you for your subscription and send invoices and renewal notices.
• To improve the product, using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your pharmacy’s data to market to your customers.

Where it lives

Data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure, backed up daily, in an isolated tenant for your pharmacy. Staff access to production data is limited to what is needed to provide support, and is logged.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run PharmaBells — hosting, email delivery, payment processing — under agreements that restrict their use of the data, and authorities where the law requires it.

Your choices

• Export your data as CSV from any list in the application, at any time.
• Correct or delete account details from Settings, or by writing to us.
• Close your account; we delete or de-identify your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law (such as tax invoices).

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The application uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in.
